Paper positioning and conveying part

1. High  power servo drive is adopted for paper feeding and conveying, and it is equipped with a curvilinear motion track, ensuring accurate paper positioning.

2. The precision of phase adjustment by PLC control is improved and is very accurate.

3. There is a set of side - positioning push gauges on each of the left and right sides. There is a wide range of choices for the reference plane, ensuring the positioning accuracy of the paper side during paper feeding.

4. The front gauge and side gauge are designed with a wide width, enabling die - cutting with the same precision for laminated papers.

5.The front gauge is equipped with a left and right gripper edge fine adjustment device. By simply turning the handwheel, it can be aligned with the gauge. Moreover, a paper feeding photoelectric detection device is added to ensure that each piece of paper is accurately in place. If there are papers not in place, they can also be detected at any time, eliminating paper waste.

6.The up - and - down type lifting front gauge cooperates with the gripper mechanism to ensure that warped papers can be smoothly conveyed and the die - cutting accuracy is guaranteed.

Main drive unit

Die-cutting unit

The die cut plate fastened with four claw nut , ensure the large size paper die always smooth, and with pneumatic locking device,when change the plate more effectively .

The steel plate is made of hardened manganese alloy steel material, life is very long. The pneumatic suspension device, easy handling.Die-cutting pressure electric regulation, more convenient and quick. 300 T die cutting pressure , no matter cardboard ,corrugated paper , thick paper all easily die cut . Die-cut paper or wast paper fall and other abnormal automatic control, realize the humanization and automation of mechanical operation. Lower die cutting table with high precision of turbine, crank and toggle link connection type. Upper die cutting table with stationary and high precision. Equipped with Multi-chip CAM intermittent drive mechanism, 6 high precision imported gripper bars, each gripper bars has 11 grippers(imported spring sheet) and matching pillows. Reservation position of gripper bar make sure the step spacing is correct and consistent. Paper inlet and outlet are equipped with sensors which can detect the paper position and paper size. Center line system , makes the cutting and stripping centered quickly and precisely. Equipped with electronic fault display and speed display device. High speed rotary joint with longer service life.

Electrical control system

The machine adopts Japan IDED company overall solution, with central high speed PLC control, touch screen parameter setting and real-time communication monitoring, stable and easy maintenance, troubleshooting solution prompt. Equipped with CE standard safety protection device and warning device, to ensure the safety of operator and machine.
