Paper delivery unit

Main transmission

The machine adopts worm gear pair and specially designed crankshaft connecting rod mechanism. It has the characteristics of low noise, high pressure, high precision and long mechanical life. Worm gear pair and crankshaft are all numerical control lapping.
The machine main body and the upper and lower die cutting platform are all made of high grade ductile iron and treated by aging. It has the characteristics of high wear resistance, high die cutting pressure, low deformation coefficient and so on.
The main drive lubrication adopts the oil immersion type and the imported high pressure gear pump uninterrupted lubrication. Oil filter cleaning device and oil pressure abnormal protection device are installed to ensure that the mechanical interior is always new after several years.
The clutch adopts large torque pneumatic clutch, which has fast reaction, so it can ensure machine start, stop, inch move accurately, and it does not need more maintenance, and has long life.
The knife plate is fixed by two ways: hanging and clamping.

The main drive shaft is connected to the paper feed section, the stripper section, the paper collecting section. The main drive is changed to single shaft linkage. Die-cutting unit

Plate adopt claw nut fastening.To ensure that the large format die cutting plate is always smooth, the clamping plate is flexible and convenient, and the pneumatic locking device is used to effectively reduce the preparation time for changing the plate.
The steel plate is quenched with manganese alloy steel, which has a long life. The pneumatic suspension device steel plate can easily unload. Die-cutting pressure four-point adjustment, easy rotation handle can be adjusted.

Stripping department

Top, middle and bottom three-frame fast clamping device and the use of central positioning system (international standard die interchangeable compatible) easy to change plate.

Delivery unit

Three-sided paper aligning device, with a paper brush, so that the collection of paper more neat, easy to clear waste paper edge. The paper collecting device is adjusted by motor. It is convenient and fast to apply to different size paper.
Paper stack lifting platform, mechanical limit, limit point can be forewarned direct control motor, safe and reliable.
