    Intermittent mechanism unit

    The precision chain is prestretched and paired one - to - one to ensure the accuracy of each group of gripper  bar chains. Aviation aluminum gripper bars are used for stable paper gripping and effectively prevent gripper bar vibration. Adjustable devices are added to the front and rear positioning of the gripper - bars, and the positioning accuracy of the gripper bars can be finely adjusted and compensated due to the wear errors of the main chain or machine parts. Key parts such as the upper platform, movable platform, and bottom platform that bear the die - cutting pressure are integrally cast at high temperature with ductile iron and are subjected to long - time stress - relieving tempering and aging treatment to ensure no deformation and stable pressure during high pressure die - cutting. The main drive adopts a worm - gear and worm drive and is connected in the form of a crankshaft, swing rod, connecting rod, and bearing bush, reducing the motion clearance and enabling the machine to remain stable even at high  speed operation.

    Lubrication system

    Using large torque, accurate positioning accuracy of intermittent, optimized motion curve and driving Angle (230) to improve the stability and positioning accuracy of paper operation, durability, intermittent mechanism is equipped with a torsion limiter, to ensure the safety of the host chain and the intermittent machine in the case of abnormal torsion. PLC controlled oil storage lubrication system to ensure timely and uniform lubrication.

    Stripping department unit

    Ø The machine equipped with three frame stripping divice, the upper frame and the lower frame are pull-out type, the middle frame has the gripper bar positioning device to improve the precision effectively.

    Ø The main motor is controlled by Bosch Rexroth Frequency converter, stepless speed variation, and smooth operation,with low noise and energy saving.

Performance characteristics

•MYQ1060 automatic die-cutting with stripper machine is used for processing plane paper, cardboard and corrugated paper in their die-cutting, scoring and cold embossing operations for carton, paper label, especially for delicate printing jobs like cigarette, wine, gift and cosmetics packs, etc. to gain their cubic, exquisite and good looking effect.
•This machine is automatic in operation from paper feeding, die cutting, waste disposal to delivery with its man-machine interface to show its cutting speed, the number of cut sheets, total running hours and its working state and to dynamically monitor the inputs and the outputs of the PLC as well as malfunctions for easy operation control and troubleshooting. Its preset counter can stop the air pump according to preset number of sheets and remind you of making reminding marks. The electronic cam consisting of encoders and the PLC offers more reliable operation and easy adjustments. The main motor with infinitely variable speeds via converters runs smoothly with not only low noise but less energy consumption. Moreover, the machine also features self-checking (e.g. double-sheet, missing sheet, jam sheets or dropped sheets detection) and a non-stop sampling, etc. while providing you with strong cutting and precision register. The normal operation and your personal safety are also ensured by various sensors and protection devices fitted in different positions of the machine.
•The pneumatic clutch on the main drive and the torque limiter (safety clutch) on the main sprocket wheel shaft guard the operator and machine against harm and damage in case of unexpected accidents.
•Additionally, the machine is also fitted with various safety devices which give precautions via their respective alarms and render the machine into a stop if anybody enters their respective guarding areas.
